Things to know when taking a break:

Per the terms signed upon enrollment, you have up to 15 days (before the scheduled monthly charge) to notify us to stop billing your credit card.
Be aware there is a $20 late notice administrative fee.
Thanks in advance for filling out the form below, in its entirety, to help us correctly and efficiently end your recurring billing.
Collecting any artwork and supplies stored with us on or before your last day is essential. We are not responsible for belongings left behind.
Please communicate with your instructor concerning the last day to ensure we pack up all supplies.
Please bring supplies back upon your return.
