Fall classes fill up fast! Please complete this form and select your preferred class time and start date. We understand soccer and various activity schedules haven’t come out yet; therefore, we will do our best to accommodate changes as they arise. This is a year-round program; however, the schedule is subject to change. If your child is already enrolled, double-check to see if your class time has changed. If it has, please select your new preferred class time.
